I always get a proof of all my orders before they go into production and the staff are really helpful and go the extra mile to help. Customer service and quality is unrivalled
I’ve been a customer of Encore’s for years now and I’ll keep coming back to them time and again because both the customer service and quality is unrivalled. On the very few occasions when there have been issues (because let’s face it issues are inevitable with print production) Encore have put things right without hesitation. They aren’t always the cheapest price out there but they are definitely worth paying any extra for, definitely the best!

High quality product
Moving such large volumes of printed envelopes within short deadlines has always been a concern for us but I can honestly say I wish we had used Encore sooner, we have a much higher quality product with faster turnaround times.
Surpassed themselves
Encore recently surpassed themselves when faced with the challenge I set of producing 150k bespoke 100% recycled double window envelopes for four different countries for one of our clients and also matching reply envelopes and I have to say did they not only deliver a top quality superb product but delivered early which for the time of year (December) was outstanding and would highly recommend them as a supplier.
