Moving such large volumes of printed envelopes within short deadlines has always been a concern for us but I can honestly say I wish we had used Encore sooner, we have a much higher quality product with faster turnaround times.
Surpassed themselves
Encore recently surpassed themselves when faced with the challenge I set of producing 150k bespoke 100% recycled double window envelopes for four different countries for one of our clients and also matching reply envelopes and I have to say did they not only deliver a top quality superb product but delivered early which for the time of year (December) was outstanding and would highly recommend them as a supplier.

Our dedicated packaging site is located in Peterlee. A flexible manufacturing process allows a wide range of work, from high volume to niche specialities and our CAD team is on hand to offer a full design and prototyping service. From printed samples to various finishing options such as spot UV, foil, or braille, we’ve got you covered!

We are also thrilled to have become a Certified Carbon Balance Printer and the UK’s first and only Carbon Balanced envelope manufacturer by helping the World Land Trust to protect and restore critically threatened habitat around the world.

Sustainability
In a world undergoing change, we see packaging as having a powerful impact. With sustainable packaging solutions, we help our customers respond to changing shopping habits. Within our manufacturing process, we have a focus on two key factors: Waste and Energy. We aim to only buy what we need, recycle all waste, and recondition our waste ink. Both of our envelope sites have been converted to LED lighting, which will drastically reduce our CO2 emissions.
